"i gaze wistfully" is very familiar to me. I do the same at scenes like this. Very nice haiku. Thank you
at times sea echoes a lot...nice Haiku... :)
Sea shores seem to bring out a sense of dream and longing! Lovely haiku!
strong but tender memories, great work! *S*
Truly lovely. Thank you.
magical feeling of seashore from your haiku ~ wonderful ~thanks, namaste, ^_^
Lovely piece.
Very thoughtful haiku...beautifully penned
This haiku reminds me of how much I love and miss the beach. Great thoughts as usual!
I can hear the echoes of the sea in this haiku. That sound can be hypnotizing and to me that sound brings always a deep realization of being just a little tiny seed in the great big world.Thank you for this sweet haiku.
Beautiful. Interesting perspective - to catch the promontory from that angle. And of course the poem captures the emotional connection.PS I just looked at the promontory again, and it now looked to me like a turtle who stuck his head out from his shell.
Wonderfully written, Excellent haiku and I love the photo.
I appreciate every comment! I can't respond to every comment, but I will return the favour and visit your blog.
