So quiet. As I repeatedly read this I became deeply aware of the background noises around me - the hum of the laptop, the refrigerator, the tapping on my husbands keyboard, the turning of a page.
i can hear that silence, there is something special about being out in the snow, no sounds but for the snow its self falling this brings back wonderful memories
